- 01We are excited that you are interested in signing up your little one(s) to our gym! Here are some things to prepare for on their first class: - Hygiene is extremely important at our facility. All of our students are asked to maintain clean and clipped nails, and a general level of cleanliness before entering the mats. - No shoes on the mats. We spend all of our time training on them, so it's important to preserve their integrity so they last us a long time! Shoes however, are required everywhere else off the mats. - Don't have a Gi or training uniform? Don't worry! They can come to their first class wearing appropriate workout attire. Preferably loose fit clothing with no pockets. We've got some they can borrow. Please arrive 15 mins before class so we can get them all ready for class!
