Kids Self-Defense

Let's take a stand against bullying by giving our kids practical tools to prevent unwanted situations. It's important for kids to have the confidence and skills necessary not only to defend themselves from bullies, but to be aware of, and prevent a potential attack. Our program is child-specific, and combines practical techniques learned in our BJJ and Wrestling programs. Kids must be 4-12 years old. No experience or fitness level is necessary to join class.
