Our striking program is based on the principles and foundational movements of Muay Thai, and it’s been adapted to the Mixed Martial Arts rule set. Our striking program will push you and continuously develop your skills and abilities as an MMA fighter. We strive to focus on developing skills that are applicable to both self-defense and MMA.
