Open Mat Class available to members

This 30 minute time slot is reserved for questions, drilling, personal training, and fitness conditioning for those interested in improving their agility, mobility, and general fitness. There's a $15 mat fee for visiting members from other academies, and it is free if you're a current member at our academy.
